Hi, I’m John O’Malley.

Born and raised in Dublin, I spent years traveling the world, lived in the Bay Area for two decades, and now call Todos Santos, Baja, home.

I became a first-time dad at 50, which taught me more about sleep deprivation, energy management, and priorities than any book ever could.

I work primarily with men in midlife who feel capable on paper but depleted in practice, helping them rebuild strength, focus, and momentum through simple, sustainable habits that actually fit their lives.

My background spans international music management, large-scale event production, strategic partnerships in the cannabis industry, and business development in wellness.

Life gets busy. I keep moving anyway. Practical fitness has been part of my life since my teens, imperfect but consistent, and I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with others along the way.

Certification

John is a Level 1 Wellness Coach accredited through Precision Nutrition.

His focus is on men’s health, sleep, and sustainable fitness + nutrition.
